About the event

Inside Jazzercise on Johnson Drive in Mission Kansas:  Sun Vinyasa is offered on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings from 10:45 - 11:30.  Chair is offered Tuesday and Thursday afternoon from 1:15- 2:00p.m.  Moon Vinyasa is offered Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:45- 7:30 P.M.  Bring a towel, water bottle, blocks, straps, Yoga Mat, and wear clothing you can move in.  You will be asked to remove your shoes.  Namaste and see you soon!
